Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Does the price include set up?

A: Our staff will Set Up all Tents and Inflatable Bounce Houses and Water Slides. You can also choose to add Set Up of your Tables and Chairs for $0.50 per Chair and $1.00 per Table. We do not offer Set Up of Linens.
 

Q: Do you deliver outside of Livingston County, Michigan?

A: We will happily deliver outside of Livingston County, but a travel fee will apply. Please call us at (810) 599-3254 or e-mail us at priorityonepartyrentalllc@gmail.com for a delivery quote. Delivery is free to any location in Livingston County, Michigan with a minimum order of $150.
 

Q: When do you set up?

A: Our Inflatable Bounce Houses and Water Slides are delivered before Noon and are picked up the same day at 7 p.m. May through September (or 6 p.m. in October or April). Tents will be set up a day or two before your event. We do not offer Tent Set Ups on the same day as your event. We will be in touch 1-2 days before delivery to schedule a specific Delivery time.
 

Q: Can I specify a specific delivery/pick up time?

A: Unfortunately, no as our deliveries are scheduled based on that day's routing.  For that reason, setting up in public spaces is usually not possible.  Please call us at (810) 599-3254 or email us at priorityonepartyrentalllc@gmail.com prior to scheduling your reservation if you have particular needs as far as delivery and pick up to see if we can accomodate your request.
 

Q: How long can we keep the items?

A: Inflatables - and items reserved with Inflatables, like Tables and Chairs and Concession Machines - are picked up in the evening on the same day they are delivered (at 7 p.m. May through September or at 6 p.m. in October and April). Other items are typically delivered a day or two before your event and are picked up the day after your event. Please call the office at (810) 599-3254 if you have additional questions.
 

Q: We've rented some really dirty Inflatables from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: No. Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. works hard to keep its Inflatables clean.
 

Q: Do we have to keep the Inflatable plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the Inflatable Unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate which is why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the Unit or require a generator. Longer extension cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. EXCEPTION: At times when winds gust greater than 15 MPH, all guests must exit the Inflatable and the blower must be turned off until the wind subsides.
 

Q: What about parks?

A: We do not set up at parks.
 

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: For Down Payments, we accept Debit or Credit Card payments. For the Balance of your Rental, we accept Cash or Debit/Credit Cards. Debit/Credit Card payments need to be processed by the day before delivery. If paying with Cash, please note: Our team does not carry Cash to make change.
 

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: Payments are nonrefundable for all Tent Rentals and Package Rentals that are cancelled with less than 45 days remaining until Delivery. Payments are nonrefundable for all other Equipment Rentals that are cancelled with less than 14 days remaining until Delivery. Non refundable Payments will be available as Rain Checks that are good for one year from the date of issue. If you meet the criteria to have your payment refunded, we will retain a 6% processing fee for payments equaling $500 or greater. Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. reserves the right to determine if conditions are unsafe or if weather constitutes cancellation of a Rental including, but not limited to, Rain, Snow, High Winds and/or Muddy Conditions. If Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. determines a cancellation is necessary, we will refund your payment. No Rainchecks or Refunds will be issued once an order is delivered.
 

Q: I didn't end up needing an item that I rented (for example, Sidewalls for your Tent). Can I get a refund?

A: No. You will not be reimbursed, refunded, or credited for items that are reserved by and delivered to you.
 

Q: Do you require a Down Payment?

A: Yes. All orders totaling less than $1,000 require a $75 Down Payment while orders totaling more than $1,000 require a 20% Down Payment.
 

Q: How big are the Inflatables?

A: Our Inflatables vary in size. Please refer to the information on our website in the product description regarding the space required for each Inflatable as some are very big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and also need space for the blower and no part of the Inflatable can rub against walls or trees as this may damage the Inflatable. The sizes listed with each Inflatable include the space needed for staking, etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for set-up.
 

Q: What surfaces can Inflatables be set up on?

A: We can set up on grass and can also bring Inflatable Units indoors. We can't set up on any type of rock, gravel, concrete or asphalt as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
 

Q: What surfaces can Tents be set up on?

A: We can set up on grass or other surfaces. Our preferred method of securing our Tents involves driving stakes about 18" into the ground. If it is not possible for us to use stakes, Water Barrels (that are filled on site using your water supply) can be rented for $20 each, but arrangements must be made with Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. prior to delivery.
 

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

Q: Are we responsible for the Inflatable if it gets a tear or is damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our Inflatables. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules (i.e. moving the unit once it has been set by our staff, allowing items that are prohibited to be used on the Inflatable, allowing animals on the Inflatable) or due to negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds), you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the Inflatable/blower, etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want either of us to be in that situation which is why we review our safety rules with you at delivery.
