Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does the price include set up?A: For Inflatables and Tents - Yes.
Q: Do you deliver outside of Livingston County, Michigan?A: We will happily deliver anywhere, but a delivery fee may apply if the location is outside of Livinston County, Michigan. Please call us at (810) 599-3254 or e-mail us at email@example.com for a quote. Delivery is free to any location in Livingston County, Michigan.
Q: When do you set up?A: That depends on how many Rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before Inflatable rental times begin. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. Tent rentals may be set-up a day or two in advance. If this is the case, we will call before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Q: We've rented some really dirty Inflatables from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?A: No. Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. works hard to keep its Inflatables clean.
Q: Do we have to keep the Inflatable plugged in the entire time?A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the Inflatable Unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the Unit or require a generator (which are available to rent from Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C.). Longer extension cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity? A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, a generator is required and is available to rent from Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. Parks are also typically first come, first served, so get your spot early in the day.
Q: What payments do you accept?A: For Down Paments, Credit Cards only. For the Balance of your Rental, we accept Cash or Credit Cards. Credit Card payments need to be made at least 3 days prior to your Delivery/Rental Date. If paying with Cash, please note our drivers do not carry change.
Q: What if we need to cancel?A: Any Tent Rental and/or Package Rental that is cancelled less than 45 days prior to the Delivery Date is non-refundable and the Lessee is responsible for the full price of the Rental. All Other Rentals that are cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Rental Date are non-refundable and the Lessee is responsible for the full price of the Rental. Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. reserves the right to determine if conditions are unsafe or weather constitutes cancellation of a Rental including, but not limited to, Rain, Snow, High Winds and/or Muddy Conditions. If Priority One Party Rental, L.L.C. determines a cancellation is necessary, we will refund your deposit.
Q: I didn't end up needing an item that I rented (i.e. Sidewalls, in case of rain). Can I be refunded?A: No. You will not be reimbursed, refunded, or credited for items that are reserved by and delivered to you.
Q: Do you require a Down Payment?A: Yes. All orders totaling less than $1,000 require a $75 Down Payment while orders totaling more than $1,000 require a 50% Down Payment.
Q: How big are the Inflatables?A: Our Inflatables vary in size. Please note the space required for each Inflatable (Included in the product description) as some are very big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked, in addition to room for the blower, and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the Inflatable. The sizes listed with each Inflatable include the space needed for staking, etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for set-up.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?A: We can set up on grass (our favorite and the best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We can't set up on any type of rock as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl Inflatable(s).
Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?A: Yes. Please contact our office at (810) 599-3254 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Are we responsible for the Inflatable if it gets a tear or is damaged in any way?A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our Inflatables. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules (i.e. moving the unit once it has been set by our staff) or due to negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds), you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the Inflatable/blower, etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want either of us to be in that situation which is why we review our safety rules with you at delivery.
